1. Product Description
We are committed to displaying all products with their images and detailed descriptions. Please note that the sizes, shapes, and lengths of natural plants may slightly differ from the pictures shown.
2. Order Verification upon Delivery
Customers have the right to inspect the plants upon receiving the order. They may either accept them or return them immediately with the delivery representative and receive a full refund, including VAT, excluding delivery fees.
3. Return and Exchange Policy

Customers may return any product (except natural plants, which cannot be returned or exchanged once received) within 7 days from the purchase date without the need to provide reasons, provided the product is in its original condition and full packaging.

The paid amount will be refunded, including VAT, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Returns and exchanges apply to all gardening tools such as scissors, fertilizers, and pots, provided they are returned in their original condition with their packaging.

Direct exchanges for another product are not possible; instead, the item must be returned first, and a new purchase can be made.

If a paid greeting card was added to the order and the customer requests a return, the value of the card will be deducted from the refunded amount, as it was personalized and printed based on the customer’s request.
4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable for all prepared orders.

If the order is canceled and delivery was free, the value of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
